xoom will call you or paying directly

    my xoom status is now showing

    Feb 09, 2010 11:02:01 PMPartner Processing

    The message is coming on the top as

    Partner Processing

    This transaction is being processed by our partner. Recipients may receive a call to verify their information.



    i want to know xoom will call me or paying directly???

    please help

    I made a withdrawal today and didnt get any call. I received the cash in my bank accout in around 15 hours.

    Transfered in Xoom at 5am. the cash was in my account when i checked at 8pm
