dude thats why they keep scamming indians. they earned interest by holding withdrawals , now they earning money by this scam

Issue is solved about bank transfer but what about the money they have reversed?

They stopped personal payments but they also reversed service payments..That has nothing to do with us or has it??

USD rate to INR has hardly changed..However they refunded me the amount and took 120$ as fees...i mean wth...

So stop commenting when you dont have a clue what you are talking about..

pp is stuck in the middle because they are trying to respond to a government action. They are stuck between the indian people and the indian government. its pretty obvious

Under this notification, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) asked all banks and financial institutions to maintain proper record of all transactions and verify identity and address of a non-account based customer or a walk-in customer.

and

PayPal provides money transfer service to and from India, neither the company nor its account holders pay any tax on the transaction.

What has that to do with reverting service payments and payments from affiliates??

 

And this was issued in november..How come no probs came for the months of nov,dec and almost full of Jan ??

 

Then why doesn't other services like Xoom are not effected and Paypal clearly informed (via phone call) that there is no problem with RBI.

Dude every one is receiving this email from paypal they has reverse the payment it means the payment is back to your paypal account not to your bank account ....

 

Its not a good news its bad news...

i withdrwal 2lacs+ on 26jan and today i got same mail from paypal and my fund is reversed to my account.. so whats mean guys..? they trying to say we cant make withdrwals before their next announcement.. they will inform us when they solved this issue.. and when they will solve.. god knows.... its very bad news for indians.. and yeah bull shit they took hundred of dollars from us in reversed charge.. have you got any mail from paypal that they are going to stop personal payments? then how they do this without informing us?some one will defently sue that bustards..and they also consider personal payments which are 'service payments' also who are without shipping address. now tell me guys if some one not provide shipping address then whats the hell we have to do..? now we only accept payment as 'goods' with shipping address. and how we withdrwal the money before paypal next announce..? dont know..
