Just 1 reason to ask why are they delaying the money withdrawl so much ?

Don't they have enough capable administration to care for this and solve it in couple of hours or days.

They are not even giving condolence that ok we can start withdrawing from such a such date.

I do not know if this withdraw option to Indian Bank becomes disable from Paypal.

    Please note this -

On 1st Feb I transferred $535.20 to my bank account at the conversion rate of $1.00 = INR 44.8012 (Comes to INR 23977.60)

They cancelled transfer and today I got INR 23977.60 back to my account.

But interesting thing is they transferred $495.88 to my account.

Now if I convert them ($495.88) according to current paypal rate i.e., 1 USD = 45.1327 INR than it comes to INR 22384.02

That means net loss of INR 1594 to me, around $35.30

I do not use rough words or abuse but Paypal this is not done.

Our Hard earned money is going this way ...

    They are not delaying withdrawals

Hell they are not doing the withdrawals at all

they are putting the money back into paypal accounts suing the current exchange rates.

if you had sent 200 pounds or dollars on 2nd of feb expect less money to come into yours paypal account as now the rates have dropped

If its relate to personal payment, then why they have same problems , even same time. last year ??

Problem is relate to RBI and Paypal. not for personals.

Thanks a lot for the update pal.. If its a technical issue then it will be solved soon. My only worry was RBI putting some restrictions on PayPal.. that would have hindered our business a lot. Because Localized transfers is why PayPal is preferred in India. Its quick and simple. Since its technical we would be seeing the withdrawals return to normal soon.

    Cheers!

Yeah mate. That's the thing and that's called a business where you even keep earning in tough situations.

Same kind of thing already happened in past whenever people got withdrawal issues at PayPal. PayPal love to earn those money. If you make the calculations, amount will be very very big dude.

I suffered once and then I will never withdraw a single amount in this type conditions.

    ^
They are just toying us. We all know that we withdraw amounts on different date on different exchange rate. But none of us get *more* than or even *equal* to what we withdraw. $ should be all time high!

By the way they charge about 2.5% to cover the risk of currency conversion and still they can't refund our amount in full even though its their mistake.

After I checked this thread today (for update), I see my paypal account and the withdrawal was also reversed with 10% loss. I've paid for hosting company in *advance* with all my remaining paypal balance and *removed* my CC. So that they can't make any more messes. Can you say, they won't charge you using your CC for their mess?
And I even went on to close the account, but at the last moment, I leave it open for now.
