Anyone else got the email alert after withdrawal (Indian Paypal Users) ??

Those SOBS Those BASt**** those as*ho***. those Money making SHITS. THOSe Germs on a stinking Pile OF SHITS have returned the money Into the paypal account and made the currency concversion according to what they please. SOns fo Bitches my account still is in negative cause they put back the money according to the exchange dates today friggin batstards

I bet if the exchange rate was highre today than what was when the day one made the Withdrawal these stinking choots wud have gone by the lower one frigging bastards of the fst order

Its the price you have to pay for doing business online and using paypal. Its not like these things are happening every month, may be once or twice in a year.

I think it all started with "Personal Payment" option, which Indians misused it.

 

We are still bound to use Paypal .. Ironic?

 

I just now contacted my Network and they replied that they haven't received the amount which Paypal saying reversed to the sender. What exactly we have to do now guys? we are feeling helpless on this issue.

 

Now my balance shows +ve can i withdraw plz help......

 

I am facing similar issue with couple of my affiliate payments, i hope it will be solved soon.

Also try to change your payment mode with networks untill this issue is resolved. Wire is another good option.

 

Wait for around 14 days before reversals to clients accounts happen. Those who funded the xfer using a cc will probably need to wait longer.

 

Don't withdraw now. Wait for few more days till all problem is solved. They have just restored the balance. It's better to wait.

 

I agree.. but a Simple update or a email would have saved my lot of money!

I dont think only "Indians" misused it .. I am 100% sure that many other countries would have done the same.. but paypal knows that if paypal have taken this step for UK/USA users than it should be a different story ..

Its been a week now and I cannot concentrate on my work ..!! Just because of Paypal!

it was not only abt the personal payments their whole goddamn system is flawed. outrageous exchanged rates. outrageous fees and then they have the audacity to advertise ebay on the Indian television frigging sick SOBS

 

It means Paypal is holding the money.

 

I just called up a PayPal customer care representative in US. He tried to explain me the reason behind this reduced refund.
"PayPal completed the NEFT request as per the schedule but due to some technical problem the transactions could not be traced by the Indian Banks. While processing the transfer request USD was exchanged with INR as per that days conversion rate. Now when the banks could not traced the money RBI decided to refund these amount to PayPal. The same INR was refunded to each PayPal account. The exchanged rate considered from INR to USD is today's rate."

He is still not sure if the withdrawal issue is sorted out or not. He also adviced me to hold all withdrawal request till the time PayPal formally announce anything on the issue.
