    Xoom India: 01242575678

Call up and get all doubts clarified. Usually it takes 3-4business days to xfer from paypal to your bank. Cash pickup at PnB branches does not require you to have an account at PnB. It's like Western Union. You get the intimation, take the papers to PnB, they login to xoom verify details check your id proof and hand over the money.

Still call up the number and ask for all clarifications you need. It's a Gurgaon number.

    Peace

What ever Indian Rupees you have withdrawn, you got it back in your PP.
Forget about what is equivalent USD.

And if you check on the markets, today's rates stand in the range of 46.64 - 46.84

They have charges higher than the prevalent rates

This is crazy man.... I had 8 transfers returned to me... and I lost $234 due to their reversals of my withdrawals... We all must write an email right now to PP. Atleast let them know we are completely disappointed in them...and very angry...

    Dear,
we will have to bear this loss
    I lost $100 +$42 = $142

If I am able to withdraw more than $1200 from my paypal account to my bank account even now, I would still be relieved

Hope we all are able to withdraw our hard-earned money soon

    How convenient!
To make it lot more convenient, why doesn't Paypal reflect my balance in INR. In such a case, I would gladly forget about USD!

Even my money was returned back (in INR :(), so guys do you mean PP / Indian govt won't allow any more fund transfers and we'll need to get checks and stuff????? Please tell I am really shocked at all this confusion and unprofessional attitude (and I got NO mail from PP about the funds being returned after the withdrawal was canceled)

These PP people are real crooks... they convert the money at a higher rate when they reverse the withdrawals and so we get less USD for our INR and when they make the withdrawals they charge a 2.5% fee on the Exchange rate itself. So if the rate is Rs 45 for a $ they will give us only at 45 -2.5 % of 45. And now they are earning more on the reversals again. SO double profit for them.. this is so not right...
