    True, these are just the rumors. We should not trust this and wait till PayPal announces this on their own which is not likely to happen.

    Theirs always a way to do things right. Govt. or Paypal won't do this to freelancers. I think they will find solution to this. Otherwise some other day another big giant capture the market share of Paypal. Lets hope for the best!!
