Yes, my 27th Jan. bank withdrawal has also been reversed back to me.
However, it hasn't been reversed back to my client who paid me.
I have lost $39 on my 27thJan and 1Feb reversals.
    This is chaos.

It's not the same, dont be so happy. They are just showing it as same.

Convert that amount to rupees again, you wont get the same. You almost lost 6.8% of your money.

    I explained it here

feels bad to see the huge loss of you all.

So withdrawl to bank from paypal will also have a fee now? As in even if it's above Rs 7000?

    friends,

    I too lost around $100
what step should be taken now?

Should we wait for the things to get normal when we can withdraw our money to our bank account?

or there is any other method to convert our paypal balance into hard cash

for your knowledge I lost 74$ in this bank withdraw.

Read carefully, what you have lost?

The money which they have sent back, thats the same money which you will get in bank transfer.

    @gandham only
Will you answer whats is the rate of todays $?
    Dont google it.

I agree. I was expecting them to resolve this problem till today (Teusday) as most people hinted but it does not seem to be fully resolved as of now. It is partially resolved it seems but far from being fully resolved. Maybe we might hear something from paypal tomorrow or day after tomorrow.

It is not the problem of todays, they have same rates every time.

Withdraw and funding balance , both rates are always different.

    have you ever withdraw before?:D

and forget to add, have you ever transfer your bank money to paypal?

If you are doing international money transactions, there will be charges and fees (whether you use Paypal or banks or someone else). You cant move your money from country A to country B without paying someone a percentage of the amount being moved.

Whats frustrating in this particular case is not the charge deducted but more the fact that none of us requested this transfer back to our paypal accounts. This was purely Paypal's doing and they should have borne the currency charges themselves. This just shows the kind of ethics they (dont) believe in.

Actually a client of mine sent me around $200 and paypal reversed the transaction

$200 was deducted from my paypal balance
however, the money has not reached my client's paypal account

He paid me by transferring the money from his bank account?

where is the money that is, $200?
will it get back into his bank account in a few days?

Or I think paypal has placed temporary hold on $200

Yes We need to transfer our PayPal fund by XOOM because We can not trust on paypal.

We all Indians use another way for receiving and sending payments.

We can not loose more money with PayPal.

PayPal playing with all Indians we are doing hard work for getting some bucks.

My client sent me a payment of $200 to my Premier account. Its been 24 hours and payment has not been reversed. The payment was marked as "Service".

Lets see if its reversed or not.

BTW are they sending cheques to India if not bank transfer ?
