Any registrar will take your order, but if you mean a company that help you with setting up your corporation needs, this is an additional service that GoDaddy can provide you.

What TDL is the domain? . com, net, org ? ? ?

Most of the registers will allow you to do it.. If you tell the TDL or domain name and where you registered that domain, I can suggest you more specifically.

Just change the WHOIS of the domains.. Or create a new account with the register in the name of the company and transfer the domains to that account.

    Many options are available..

My friend is having the domain registration service and it accepts paypal..

If you are already having a domain in your a/c then a simple push to your company a/c will do the trick.

I believe you can just change the whois info at your register to say your company name instead of yours or at the sign up for most registers they'll have an option to register it under a company
