Anyone else got the email alert after withdrawal (Indian Paypal Users) ??

    it seems a company called textlinkads has paid people maybe they have had a word with paypal before doing this

    Payments made with "Goods" seems to be working now, I sent and received payments yesterday and nothing is reversed.
    And Ria, I hope you found the latest recording file.

    They are treating payments for service also to be personal payments and refunding them. this is really annoying. And only for Indian Account holders. Also u cant even withdraw your money to your bank account.

    We need to force paypal to provide a definitive answer to this situation, I have found that Paypal employee Anuj is dealing with this situation publicly and he also posted a comment here - http://bit.ly/cLNwjS so pls. raise your voices and ask him to provide information with some value.

    Do comment there asking Paypal to provide more information and expected time-frame when things could return to normal.

    They put us in -ve balances pretty happily.. So why not reverse back the payments to B (in the example).

    B was being paid for the services which he had already delivered to A, while A got back his money.

    If A has used the money that was sent back to him, then why should B suffer? Let Paypal charge it from A's Bank accounts, credit cards, etc, cancel his bank withdrawals to cover the charges.. whatever..

    I myself has Faced 7 reversals and 3 of the buyers haven't responded till now to my PMs/Emails (sent to their Paypal emails). Isn't Paypal supporting fraud by doing this?

    My Reviewme.Com Has been reversed last week and Now I got the money back from them. Let's see what happen! When I checked the account The sender have not included any address details and no fees is taken from me!

    I don't know about you guys, but I don't want to let this drop even after the issue has been sorted out.

    This is the second time in two years that I've been inconvenienced and this time my entire week and weekend was ruined. Is this going to keep happening again and again at the whim of PayPal who doesn't even think it fit to communicate with us properly?

    Do they think it's their money to be able to do what they want? I'm not suggesting we go to court and all - no one wants that. But we should actively start looking out for other options. Again, not a brilliant idea I know, but any suggestions anyone else?

    Paypal Updated me that they maintain no blog for official update.
    Anuj might not a paypal representative at all.

    They are willing to send email to all Indian customers, once the technical updates in their database is completed.

    Reply them and tell withdraw issues to Indian banks can not be fixed by Technicians and they should have their management team look into it.
    Tell them to give emails Id of higher authority in paypal as customer care has failed to solve the issues.

    PayPal can't make/do such things. They will be sued by US/UK firms/customers easily. They can't do this without the customer's acknowledgment/knowledge. They are not Indians. They know this thing can be easily tackled in India since the law is not strong/protective. This is the reason, the business team took such a move without any announcements.

    The best thing is "Start contacting the clients, create buy now buttons & ask them to pay again!" This will resolve your issues quickly rather than waiting PayPal has to reverse automatically. This will never happen.

    This is false. Thats PayPal's website. Look at this whois record.
