Are you 'Surfing DP' From your Mobile?

Hello Guys,

I think at least some of you guys might have seen the other thread about a nokia mobile.

Coming to the point. Are you using your mobile for surfing through net? How many members here using mobile for surfing through digital point??

I'm the one. . I use my mobile to surf internet. What about you.

PS: Of course its slow, but fare enough to browse (364Kbps)

 

Can't say I've ever browsed the net from my phone. I need a PC.

 

When I'm on the go and need to reply to PM's or specific threads, then yeah I'll browse DP using my Android phone

Sorry for the confusion. I am also browsing DP from a PC. But the internet connection is via my mobile. This is what I've meant.

Meaning you are tethering your phone so to use it as a modem for example? I haven't tried this yet with my phone, but then again haven't really had the need to either.

Yeah, you are right. But not for all the time. When I'm in my office we've broadband over there. I ddn't take one for my home. So using through my mobile. But its pretty fast I think. I'm even watching some youtube movies with this by paying 2$ a week

 

I used mine today, DP was actually fast compared to other sites I visit!

 

I never surf any website from my mobile, for me its very difficult I use dp from my desktop

 

I tried surfing the net on my mobile once but the small screen proved to be very much a hindrance.
As regards using mobile as a modem, I used to use it as a back up to my broadband connection... but not anymore, ever since I have got a plug-n-surf device!

I don't like to surf net through mobile,,i just tried once but don't feel good as i usually surf on desktop/laptop..

 

I've browsed it through my Iphone. It looked great but i liked how it looks on pc so i changed the looking options to normal.

TIRTH i use my mobile as a device/modem to get connected to internet in my laptop.. Not surfing directly from Mobile.

 

im not too.but will be.because im waiting for my blackberry (^_^)

 

I did,t use it but will try now. Anyhow mobile net is expensive.
