    Thanks for that.

Unfortunately, the post by Anuj on official Paypal blog got more diggs :( We all know that the blog post doesn't make any sense. It's just a move by Paypal to buy more time, and deceive the news providers..

All news I see on the web mentions the blog post and the words in it, making it useless as the news readers aren't getting the view of real problem :(

    21 reversals..

About the transactions after 6th Feb, I do believe that the wind is over now. Though I stopped using paypal for the time, but got a payment on 6th and it still isn't reversed, so hope are high. :)

Yes if you don't want to use it,
but you can purchase anything, where alertpay is accepted, from India,
you can get payments to your alertpay account but the only problem is they don't have any option to withdraw your money to Indian bank accounts.......

@riamathews, Sorry, I just noticed you're trying to increase the number of posts rather than contributing to this thread. :(

The most important updates are provided by her in the thread.

As this thread is spread over 125+ pages, the latest information must lie on last few pages. Anyone new to the thread might not go through reading the 2500+ replies

The post count can be adjusted easily by DP mods by moving this thread to recycle bin after the crisis is solved, it won't matter to most of us.

for whatever it's worth, if you are planning to withdraw any positive balance that's still on ur paypal account try the coupon "webxoomremit" at xoom.com ....it will waive all fees
