Yes things will get cleared soon BUT ....... we can only ask the company/service providers to send the money again , paypal cannot re-reverse the amount they sent back to them... as money is back to their pockets..

 

The only fear running in my mind is...

What if the buyers says to paypal like this after few days

"I have sent money to the receiver by other payment method(like MB, 2Co, etc), as you said so.. "

but in reality, what if they don't resend??????

Yes, paypal gave them green signal to use other method too

 

i am coder, my client pay me direct from their paypal account to my paypal account.
so if i have xoom account, will they able to send me using their paypal account?? or they must also have xoom account??

I hate paypal now,

first my payment was reversed, i asked my buyer to pay me for the second time, again it is reversed for the second time....

 

i got three paypal payments today...
so far no reversal..............
Also i got five paypal payments yesterday and one is reversed.

 

There is no need for you to have a XOOM account, but the sender SHOULD have a XOOM account.

Unlike paypal, XOOM wont allow account to account transfers(eg: xoom -> xoom)

You can receive money from xoom in 3 ways.. 1) Cash Pickup 2)
Bank Deposit and 3) Home Delivery
