I think it is not that the payment is getting reversed but also problem in withdrawal too. Have anyone got their withdrawal money from Paypal this month since the problem started? Yes I withdraw money one week ago but have not got the money in my bank account but paypay showd that transaction completed. what is happening don't know??? and my account get negative too. Is there anyone whose account got negative?? ?Is there any problem for that reason??
