Anyone else got the email alert after withdrawal (Indian Paypal Users) ??

Well the reason might be weekend holidays behind no reversals for last two days. Will have to wait till tonight to see if the dance has stopped.

 

On saturday we had a couple of members saying that they had reversals.
We cannot say issue is solved unless the bank transfer amounts and set proper.

Yep that's good but not enough. PayPal officially said only 1 thing that Only Personal Payments get stopped but this is not the actual situation. They have blocked each and every payment. I have certain cases where Invoiced payments get reserved. So I think they are planning about how to defence.

I have got 2 payments since yesterday, both not got reversed...i think now the problem is only with withdrawals....lets wait and see

 

Stop thinking of vengeance.. You know by yourself that your words aren't gonna happen. Besides, there is no better option till date.

ZDNetAsia.com says, in 2010 the market forecast is that the online retail epayment market in India will reach US$150 Billion to US$ $180 Billion. And Paypal is set to gain a major chunk of that sum.

What a way to pis* off a large and significant market. How much time do you think will it take for a Indian company to come up and start gaining shares of this online payment pie in India. Instead of Zapak, the ADAG group could have launched a paypal like service.

 

Nothing will be lost, other than a bit fee. Keep that in mind. That's for sure.

Now for those people who have withdrawn money from paypal but yet to see the money in their OWN bank accounts

That means paypal has committed a fault in India as per RBI rules

What does this mean? Is PayPal going to withdraw the NEFT Service from February onwards. Why they want to reverse the transfers requests in February?

 

I did this yesterday, but mails bouncing back to junk boxes!!! seems messages are not going thru that form!

 

At present CCAVENUE is the only viable business alternative but their fees are heavy. Others like timesofmoney, remit2india, westernunion, moneygram are all not even legal to be used for business transactions, they can be used only for personal remittances/gifts etc.
