Hello Friends, I really don't know its only happening with me or its with all. When this Paypal issue came, I though it will get resolved easily and in a few days but now its around 15 days and no such official confirmation from Paypal about the issue. I am providing writing Service and about 50+ families depends on me. I pay them salaries on every month around 7th. Now more then 4000$ are in air and not yet reached in my Bank account and remaining money in Paypal. I had some funds at My bank so I paid as much I can by borrowing money as I know everyone have some urgent needs but I could pay only half salaries and asked my employees to manage with the situation. When I used to login into DP I always visit services , content and Content Creation thread first as this was my section at DP. Now I dont feel like taking work, doing work, delivering work as I am not sure whats going to happen next? If Paypal cant match the requirements of Indian Govt, most probably about NEFT and foreign money Transfer and they stop services her, it will be a huge problem for Indians as other countries will take advantage. My Simple Question ? Dont you think after this issue we are not able to work up to our potential. I am only visiting this Section Payment Processing from last many days and I dont feel like going to services section. Kindly share your views about this, its happening with me only or with all. yes its affecting badly we need to postpone taking money or else it may get reversed and really annoys with clients
Thing Is Clients want work on time. and in these situation I really cant work properly, I am getting late with submissions. I have few Big companies have contract with us and from past few days everything is getting delay. I am not sure how long they will manage. and one more thing that Client need work and if we pause work for this duration they are going to find alternatives for their work and that will affect us for sure.
Yes you are right, after this 2 big PayPal issues ( fund reversal and delay in withdrawals ) i afraid to do any big transaction via PayPal as its also affecting relations with clients.
demoralised is the word from my side. I run a site and used to earn revenue from the ad agencies which in turn gets into my bank acnt via paypal. My 2900 usd for this month is at halt. From quite a few days I am not lookin in to my site for updates which I used to do regularly. I am demoralised. HI HI RBI OR PAYPAL WHOEVER IS RESPONSIBLE
I hope it comes back to normal ASAP otherwise we will be loosing big money. One of my client just refused to deal with me because he sent money twice and it got reversed. I just lost $800 deal
My payments worth $500 were reversed, on feb 2nd, clients paid me back. But again they were reversed on Feb 6th. And now there is no word of payment from those clients after so many emails. Who's fault is this RBI, PP or myself.
I have stopped accepting payments from clients, most of my clients are repeat buyers so not much of a big problem and I have offline businesses too, so not feeling financial pressures. But I understand most of us do not have such luxuries and totally depend on paypal for their transactions and a 10 day outage feels like pulling out your teeth without using anesthesia. It is painful.
Thing is Most of the clients use Paypal as payment method Indians as well as foreigners cause they get money on PP so pay via that. We will find some other alternative for sure but I am worried about the Payment i withdrawn. Thats almost 2.25 Lakh INR. I dont know about other Big Players but its quite big amount for me. I still have almost same fund in PP which I am not withdrawing. I will do Online shopping now if i think its going to be Bye Bye PP
Same here, i also need to pay salaries of all my employees and need to pay other companies who working with me. But this issue going over the head now. Its time to have patience. I personally think that it will solve soon, paypal cant quit business in India.
Its true mate! Its a serious situation. If you are into Online Biz, the clients wont understand your problem, nor they will use you anymore! The best thing for now is prepare a detailed register with all the invoices and dont hamper the projects. As soon as Paypal issue is solved, you can send those invoices to your clients. Another best way is to ask your client to send it via Wire Transfer or Western Union. Sorry, but no one knows, when Paypal is going to be solved. Just we can hope for the best, since millions of Indian prayers are on the pipeline.
Yes it can definately break down someones emotions and motivations towards doing business online but you got to plan an alternative to paypal. Ultrachart has a good system for direct credit card purchases and the Ssame with Google check out. Those are my alternatives for processing purchase orders online.
