    Most people do them in wordpress these days, if i was to buy one then i would like it in HTML if possible.

    Well first I would put Design in mind then other two things will be Support and SEO Friendly things.:)

    People are going for wordpress because there are so many liberty at there and you can do everything so easily.

    Where as in HTML this can be tough thing.

    And price is not barrier to you ... isn't ?
