Please help me, How can I konw that what competitor websites are doing and where they are submitting, I mean to say that How can I analyses competitor's work.

Check their links. Check their content and those sites linking to it. Analyze important factors like titles, descriptions, metas, and others. Then, compare it to your site.

You can use ontolo method which is familiar one for analzing the competitors' website. Through back links, we can able to know from where they are getting. Then in order to get their further information you can set Google alert for daily updates

 

first u check your main services keywords and than search in google than collect only 1 to 20 competitors.
than check that websites domain name how many year old, how much PR, Popularity, backlink, mata tags, content, paid submission or free links, URL is dynamic or statics ETC.......

 

use yahoo explorer to see where all there links are

 

make your own strategy instead of competitors.

 

Find someone that has IBP software and have them run a Top Ten Competitor Report for you. It will tell you what you need to do to your sight.

Then start getting quality links with the proper SEOed anchor text.
