Withdrawal to India banks from Paypal through XOOM is Working. Confirmed and Tested.

Due to this present problem with Paypal will Xoom be a better option?Will Paypal allow transferring money via Xoom?

This is what I got latest email from Xoom :


Your recent money transfer has been sent to the bank of XXXXXX for deposit. The deposit will be completed according to the rules and regulations of the bank. This will add additional time before funds are credited.

I have a hunch that sooner or later I will get some mail from Xoom that the funds are reversed bla bla.

Anyway keeping my fingers crossed will update you all.

I have about 150$ to be withdrawn with 3 payments reversed so what would be a better option for me can i use xoom..! Than how? What wil i b charged.

 

I think Xoom takes $10 as fee to withdraw money.

yesterday i checked mate it showing like upto 99 their fees was $9.99, today it showing $10.99

I think i am correct

 

I have tried Xoom before and its working fine for me except for cases wherein I send the money to my ownself then it was cancelled by Xoom saying its again paypal TOS

I tested xoom with a small transfer of $300, couple of hours ago and it worked. I received the payment sent message and in the Xoom member panel too payment shows up as verified. I used a Paypal Premier account which is in my name and I sent the money to myself.

 

Yes xoom fees is little higher but its giving higher conversion rate than paypal almost 1.25 INR higher. So I think its reasonable
