I have Adobe Illustrator but I rarely use it for anything. It mostly comes to Photoshop when I'm working and what about you? Do you, and for what do you use Illustrator for?
I do very little vector design work, so I barely ever use Illustrator. I mostly use InDesign and Photoshop.
Adobe Illustrator is the BEST. I use it mostly for vector images and creating brushes. I would highly recommend that program.
I love Illustrator! I don't use it as often as Photoshop because I do more web based work, but Illustrator is great for making logos or any type of vector art!
My workflow is slightly changing - a year ago I was about 99% Photoshop, but I'm starting to use Illustrator more and more. I'm probably using it 30% of the time now (vs. 70% Photoshop).
I use it sometimes, but there are other programs out in the market that I like more then Illustrator.
I use PS and Ai for my design works.. Ai for vector and I'm using it for logo design... I use PS to edit my picture..also using Adobe Lightroom...
I like illustrator for taking a photograph, using the live trace function which can give you several different illustration types and then there's a resizing flexibility because it's vector.
Yes, I use adobe illustrator in doing such vector designs because I find it more easy doing it rather than using photoshop but still you can do it for the photoshop but not that easy.I use it also for making logos but I prefer more using photoshop when it comes to that.
I use Illustrator for drawing cartoons, logos and other vector graphics. It is very usefull, when creating very minute details for a graphics work. But, my favourite software is Photoshop.
I use Illustrator everyday along with Photoshop. IMHO... you need to be versed in both. If you are pulling vector elements in it is much faster to edit the changes in Illustrator before dragging them into Photoshop. Then again I do a grip full of large format design on a daily basis. Large format meaning vehicle wraps, trailer wraps, and so on.
i rare use illustrator. i think corel draw is better and handfull than illustrator. u can work fast for twice in corel.
I do all of my illustrations in illustrator. I mostly use photoshop photos and cutting images from them. I often will have both illustrator and photoshop going at the same time and go back and forth between them.
