The best dog

If you have a favorite dog breed what is it and why do you think it is the best? Give valid reasons. For instance:

Cairn Terriers are the best because:

-they love to run, and are great for joggers.
-they are smart and can figure things out.
-good sense of smell.

 

Doberman dogs are the best one because it is a perfect watch dog.

 

I will agree with you here. I have a german pinscher, of which dobermans are derived from. Very loyal dogs I have found

 

German shepherd is the best for me. They are so clever, but I've heard that they can turn against their owner.

 

Kangal dog

 

I like my dog, so I would say Jack Russell Terrier. They're pretty cool to me, they jump a lot.

 

My Favorite is bulldog (tom and jerry).

 

I had an alsatian Prince.. (hes the pooch I grew up with.. a part of me died the day he passed )
Got a great dane Duchess.. had to sell her because she was bad tempered and dangerous to kids.. (which is weird coz danes are usually gentle dogs)
Then I had my lovely lab-golden retriever mix Maya.. I miss her terribly

so I like big gentle dogs with a heart but ones who wouldnt hesitate to pounce at anyone to protect my family

If they arent properly trained (or have a generally bad temperament) then any dog can turn on their owner

 

Chihuahuas because they are so cute.

Select the breed of the dog based on its utility. There are umpteen breeds of dogs available to suit the taste of different humans...

 

English Bulldog is hands down the best dog.
Mine cracks me up all the time, just look at him.
