Anyone else got the email alert after withdrawal (Indian Paypal Users) ??

this is my first payment on paypal and i got it reversed and my account show negative balance

 

what happened you?
All are affected by paypal some way............
There is no supporters or .........

U know i really felt bad when they reversed the transaction saying that they are doing it only if they are gift, no shipping blah blah

So my client paid me again without shipping address this time he made service


in 24 hrs it was reversed again ..He got surprised and told me to work on MB

Why pay pal targeting only Indian market? Any one get widrawl payment from paypal b4 2-feb,2010? I just widrwal payment from pay pal 2-Feb-2010, Still waiting for it. in my pay pal it is showing Completed.

I did, Asked them being a paypal customer do i not have the rights to know what's going on with my account, he got confused and kept the call on hold to find out.
Then be kept apologizing for not knowing anything. I asked him, why is he sitting as the supervisor then? and why was my call forwarded to him and not someone who knows what the case is? He answered none knows.
I also asked them to let me know if at all it's going to have a solution of if paypal is thinking of closing down in India, they told me we are working hard to live in india
Unfortunately, I did record that call, But my recorder hanged up due to system error right before i could save the file..
Have another recorded, Not really willing to make that public right now, PMing ria who's the topmost poster.
