They just listened to me and said will look in to the issue.

I said "please refer to payment processors subforum of digitalpoint forums, I have sent an email with the exact link to the forum"

After that no response they are concentrating on telangana issue at the moment....

If more number of people call them and give their views, I think they will telecast the news or probably a short story.

    Regards

    Firstly,

Paypal is not Targetting INDIA Actually
It is the policy updates of indian government (National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) has Raised this Problem

    Secondly,

Only Some companys in order to save transaction fees started Issuing payments in form of " personal payments"
    CHITIKA/KONTERA/INFOLINKS are few of them

    Thirdly,

If you send or receive payments in form of "GOOD/SERVICES " It will not be reversed even in INDIA

Just talk to the Customer Support about the problem and they will issue the payment which will be recieved with some transaction fees

    Hope it clarify a bit

    You don't get it.

If Paypal charges gets more fees[which is not due to Personal Payments] Government will get more Tax.

Lower Tax so Government has ameneded the NEFT or Net banking and regualtions Control so there is a problem.

It's nothing on the part of Paypal.

Paypal is just following the Government's new policy.

Stop spreading misleading News. I can understand delay in withdrawal to Indian banks due to changes in Govt. regulations. But how does that explain reversal of payments. That is not something that is controlled by Govt, is it ?

    @ajblade

Your statement is totally false..We have lot of users whose payment has been reversed using "Goods" option and "Shipping Address"

    Please read previous posts...

"Paypal is not Targetting INDIA Actually" - Wrong
I called Paypal just now..They gave the same reply as before...They are not sure when this will be resolved..
