I think you should ask your client to repay you by sending him a receipt with Goods as the selected option. Who knows, it may work for you. If they say its solved (Elance), it cannot be just the word in the air. They are amongst the best .

When they reversed it..your balance became negative -$210
after deducting your CAD amount from this negative balance, the Negative balance was reduced to -$175 approx...

Send a message to the Payment sender, whether they received a refund from Paypal...

 

Instead of flooding this thread, how about making an IRC Channel and Joining?

Thats the reason why I pasted msg Here. This was official Statement from Elance. We can rely on Such Big network rather then the individuals.

I have 1 more issue for which I filed complain just now. I received some payment and PP reversed it. Thing is My client saying he did not receive payment back. He have a business account and thats a Big SEO company they are not lying.

Any1 else having same problem like me?

A small update:

My friend made a payment last evening and it's still fine. Payment was FROM India

 

kk Some of my friends got the payment from RS and it has not been reversed till now.

Edit: More than 24 hrs have gone by

 

Just sent email to paypal about this issue..i will post here wht they said
