I also withdrawn an amount of $59 to my Indian Bank account on Jan 26. But yer it reached my bank. I had a talk with PayPal Customer Care and they asked me to send a Bank Statement of the month January for tracking my payment. What I want to do?
Do I want to send them the documents?

This is just speculation, so please treat it that way --

This may be a case of tax problems because the financial year ends next month and everyone wants to set their tax records straight. Well, almost everyone because PayPal has been known to be secretive and sometimes downright suspicious in their operations. So may be they ran into some trouble with the authorities here or at home in the US or both?

    Check out this.

PayPal has taken this course of action at the request of the Indian government.

Why don't this issue is coming in News Now a days ? Budget has already announced. If RBI is can resolve this issue, why don't they ? Our Leaders talk about only useless issue. Why IT minister don't talk about this issue? Are they sleeping ? I am totally confused with this system.
