Anyone else got the email alert after withdrawal (Indian Paypal Users) ??

Even if people transfer funds from unverified accounts, they have to transfer to "A Bank account" or as for a cheque.

So, isn't it the duty of the Banks to check their account holders before giving then an account? Instead of directing the Banks to put measures for this, they are blocking Paypal..

Do you have any proof, any reference on frauds coming from India? or it's just another brigade? if you claim something must provide statistics on amount frauds from India.

here the biggest question is "Why Paypal returning payments" without the confirmation of account holder? What if your banker return all your money without giving you any information.

If you claim Indian's are fraud, I am sorry to say PP has done biggest ever fraud on internet.

Any way, here is my research.., since most of you see NEFT when you withdraw funds to your bank account in India, here is a paper you may pay attention before you sign up with any alternative. particularly:

Q.17. Can inward foreign remittances be received through NEFT?

And Joke is when Paypal allows us to verify bank account (do they read this), they put all of us in a strange situation by issuing a refund, creating a negative balance in USD, means you can not restore the same without RBI permission. uh...

I have over $2200 as negative balance and over 3kUSD in air, all I can do is wait and watch.

it is not a simple technical error..It started from 27th January...Do you think that Paypal will take some much time to correct a simple technical error ?????

 

Should work, because form the same portal i had a purchase of a script i sell on 4th Feb and it's not reversed yet. I asked what are the possibilities of it getting reversed, They told me it's safe.
So i guess invoices from my portal are working good. but lesee..

 

Maybe if you actually created a damn account and stopped acting dumb and got all verfied and tried it out you would see that, it does work for the US.

Seems like Paypal has been hacked!!!

 

Lets Quit this Issue , This is a Clash with the Indian Government side and paypal and they themself clarified that this situation is for uncertain time. Now for me PayPal is dead . Moving on ..

Well, my earliest payment that was reversed was on 31st Jan, which got reversed on 5th Feb(when I withdrawn certain amount to my bank a/c). After that I have been seeing every payment reversal from 5th to till now.

Either PayPal authority has something against ( about which they have raised questions, which Mr. Nair mentioned, and PayPal is still finding answers to them) or there is mess up with Indian authorities (which is least possible thing as Indian Govt. don't have time for all this)

Whatever be the reason, PayPal should have told us this in advance so that we could have prepared ourselves for this (limited our expenses lol). Now that we don't have much left in our bank accounts we all are spending sleepless nights.

I don't think PayPal will be up with a easy solution this time. Because we, who transact through PayPal don't pay tax and this can be serious for their so called authorities.

This Sunday could be the worst Sunday for any Indian who transact through PayPal, but we must remember something from our own Indian literature, that "happiness comes after sorrow" and we should believe on this.
