Buying Site with minimal maintenance and making more than 2000$ per month

I am interested in buying site that makes at least $2,000 per month on average for past 6 months (verifiable). The site should not need much maintenance or in other words, an effort of more than an 5 hours a week.

I am willing to pay 20-40 times the monthly revenue, depending on niche and traffic. PM me the following details:

Your site is making $100 a month, that has nothing to do with someone asking for a site making $2k a month.

Btw, 30x revenue is a bit much for a blackhat site.

 

@ Generation6... I clearly mentioned "You MIGHT be interested" and also $100 is minimum... if you have senn properly... the site makes $180 - $200 at the maximum. Of course this increases with time!

 

If the author of this thread wanted a website with lower revenue he would've posted in the thread. It clearly says $2000 a month. Imagine if everyone with low income sites start posting in his thread, just in case he is interested...
