    The problem is not only for transaction but also for withdrawal even before Feb 1st

    yeah even i am still waiting for my jan 29th withdrawal. but thats due to some issue with bank and the gaypal.

    reversing transactions are affected lot to get -ve balance

    I am unfortunately saved i was going to withdraw and i recived an email that my payment was reversed than came the other and so on... Than i visited all these thread and found myself lucky and saved..!!

    I am from Philippines and paypal is working fine with us . I have withdraw some payment last February 1 and 2 and I have received the money in my bank account. I guess it was only India which is experiencing this problems with paypal right now
