Hi! I have a big problem. I'm working as a freelance graphic designer and almost all of the payments i receive are made by PayPal. The problem is that I can't withdraw money from PayPal in my country (Costa Rica). I tryed using Xoom (xoom.com) but I can't withdraw using it. Now I read about Payoneer (http://www.payoneer.com) but I don't know how does it works and if it could really allow me to withdraw money from PayPal. I don't know if I have to live in the US for that or another specific country or if i have to have an specific debit/credit card. Please help me. I need to take money off from PayPal. You can refund them the money and just asked your clients to send the amount in Xoom if they do agree . I think moneybookers do accept your country
Thanks for the reply. I have received multiple payments so I can't ask the senders to refund it. The big problem is that most of the people use PayPal.
