But, seriously, we need to find an alternative source. Yet, again, Paypal is owned by eBay so ..... that can never change.

 

Do not expect anything to be done straight away.
It's issue with RBI for sure, some kind of clash which they are having with RBI and are not allowed to tell the users.
It might be resolved by Tuesday, all we can do now is just wait and watch. We did try out best. Moving it to media would also be a good try.
So, if you have pending projects like me from clients, then simply generate a legal invoice and put a due date of about 15Days, and start the project.

Is that all they care about? that case looks small as compared to us (it's millions of INR scammed by IAS vs millions of $ by Paypal)

 

It is getting very confusing situation. I was feeling all alone until I logged in to DP. Now, I am feeling there are number of people suffering from this trouble.

 

A strange update:

My friend who had my $69 got his account locked forever by paypal and it's got restored a while back with $59. HUGE FEES?!?! GEEZ

Make sure that you send the Gift as follows:

Same situation here. However i sent a mail to Paypal yesterday and received the following reply :

Ha ha. We need to keep some sanity here. This has been a terribly stressing time for us. Will send a million dollars as a gift, because I am pretty confident it will be reversed back to me. haha

 

Do not recommend anyone to send/receive payment as of now.

Oh well they also deducted $30 from my account for 'no reason' - they just thought i wont notice. well now that I did notice.. I am not sure what I can do not much, eh ?

Give them a call RIGHT now and ask straight .. What was the $30 deduction fee for?
Paypal transaction fee's are around $4 for every 100$

I m not understanding the fact I had $1000+ in my paypal now my balance is -$200+ how it can be possibly happen.

The same mail is sent to me too and all the I payments received for last1 or 2 weeks are being returned.

What is this????
