Anyone else got the email alert after withdrawal (Indian Paypal Users) ??

Seriously, what other genuine options do we have? We need some desperately.

I am anther to join this IPL (INDIAN PAYPAL LEAGUE).

2 days back 3 transaction of mine got reversed and today that uplifted to 5 transaction. Now what shall I do?

There are lots of rumor about this paypal, but whats the exact quote from PAYPAL.

This is all ridiculous.

On call with them now, screwing the staff.
I made the lady forward the call to an higher department since she wasn't able to answer my questions proper. However i provided her a transaction ID that happened yesterday and asked her to check if it's going to be reversed and she said it's safe but they aren't allowing personal transfers.
I am still on hold, should have an update soon.

 

Better call INDIA TV. They show even small news. and make it big into an half hour show.
They can help us.

i think RBI should make their own online payment gateway for indians

 

NEWS:

My call was forwarded to superwisor from support representative.

After keeping the call on for around 26 Minutes, I made the higher authority understand our troubles and apologize.
They assured me that :

ALL ISSUES WILL BE RESOLVED WITHIN 24 Hours.
Personal Payments will not work though.

would still suggest someone to call and confirm this.

 

They have been saying this for the past 36 hrs. I think it's not within the management's power. I think paypal has been hacked

 

I just finished talking with a paypal customer care executive
at +001-402-935-2050 (U.S. telephone number).

He told me that there are some issues with the Indian banks and paypal and it will be resolved very soon.

Is there anything sort of discrimination? Paypal has taken away almost every penny from the account. The clients say they never requested reversal. And it is very difficult to have the payment from some of the customers. One of customer is on long leave after 4th. God knows when he is going to come back. Paypal is taking away the money earned with hardwork. We as a nation have to rise and ask for respect for customers. Any pre-notice would have done it. The thing is if paypal wanted to block the payments, why it allowed in first place and why it is allowing even now. If personal payments are not ok. It should be disabled for Indian accounts. Paypal needs to hire intelligent developers who can give them easy option so that people do not loose the money.

 

the big question is that..

will the money come in our account which is moving some where in the space and wires.

This is a major issue with paypal. no personal payments will be accepted. online transactions getting reversed is directly related to problems being faced with indian bank account and should be fixed as soon as possible
All withdrawls will run fine, they were unable to give any proper estimate but assured that they are working on this.

 

I don't think there is gonna be any progress over the weekend since offices are closed in the US on weekends. All we can do is try and make something out of whatever is left out of the weekend. I'm gonna go for a movie now and hope things will get better on Monday

 

chill out guys! i am sure paypal technicians are working hard to resolve the issues! Take your mind off sat and sunday and come back on tuesday! i am sure everything will become normal.

 

I don't believe what they are saying. If the problem is with Indian banks then logically only withdrawals should be affected. How can that have anything to do with reversal of payments made to Indian paypal accounts?

 

Transaction is completed on Jan31st... but still no funds in account
