ICICI Bank has not replied to the mails that I send yesterday and today regarding this issue...
TextLinkAds has also not replied to the mails that I send..So no way to confirm that they got a refund.

I assume Paypal is holding the withdrawals, simply to restore the negative balances caused by these reversals!
They seem to be digging another hole in order to get themselves out... from an earlier one! :(

Thats not the case with me..

I have negative balance of 320$ just after withdrawl of 300$ to bank account.

Still no signs of reversals of bank withdrawl request.

P.S: it is marked as complete.

Lol =D, The good side of the issue?

Well, do not expect replies, first of all.. It's weekend, and secondly, all international payments to indian banks come through RBI, so if RBI dosen't forward to ICICI, they won't possibly have any info. I'm saved that i havn't transferred any money. But will be loosing thousand of dollars if paypal closes down :(.

Anyway, I'll be calling them in the next few minutes. So we should have an update within an hour or two.
We may have the questions coming up now.

It all started with Paypal blocking personal payments for Indian accounts.

Then, Paypal thought - OMG, Indian receive personal payments from outside of India too.
    They reversed the personal payments.
The coder made a mess of it and system started reversing all payments (whether it's personal, or for Goods or services)
But, what to do if the person withdraws money to their Bank a/c? How will I reverse? So, STOP the withdrawls via NEFT
But the money was sent to NEFT, and though they blocked it to go ahead, they took an equal amount out of your Paypal balance to make it up, in case the NEFT won't stop. (This caused -ve balance)

A BIG blunder made by a company has left all Indian sellers agonizing with tensed state of minds since 4 days. :(

Well last statement can be true only if they have proceeded the NEFT payments

Please be polite and don't lose your patience while on the call (I'm not calling them coz I may lose control and use some "desi" abuses if they try to deceive me :D)

Expecting a nice and condoling response from Paypal..

If the withdrawal problem is not solved then paypal will show the status as completed but we will not receive money in our bank accounts ..

And if there are any further reversals then our paypal will have -ve balance and that's bad

I would advice hold on ... and dont do anything ..
Me too have paypal balance but surely i wont do anything until next week

Now don't ask me to re call and upload the recorded voice.
Initially, they never identified what paypal is, well as expected.. But later i asked they if they received any paypal.com related complaints/news in their records lately, when they said no, i asked them to google about paypal not accepting indian payments and such keywords. Anyone googleing that would locate this thread easily i believe.

    @ Azkaban
That's fine, I'm owner of a company, i can be polite. paypal management is to be pointed at, not the support team.
Just wondering what i should be saying, other than the money getting reversed heh.

Thinking from their perspective (Although I shouldn't), they are thinking about their own losses "In case" the withdrawals get through. For us, it's $1,000 each. For them, it's million of $$ if their plea for cancelling the NEFT is ignored (now they would come to know our state of mind, when they ignore our pleas in cases of fraudulent charge backs)
