Anyone here own a gun =/? Living in a country like Singapore sucks - you can't even have a BB gun LOL. Doesn't really matter though, since it's a really safe country, but it would be nice to have.. Where else are gun laws really harsh? Anyone else live in a country where there are really strict rules? Just seems interesting to see how many other people live with a ridiculous set of laws governing them -.-.
you'll notice the BUT you can get a permit to carry a concealed handgun...yeah, I feel safer already!!
Bombs are outlawed world wide, yet they are the weapon of choice for terrorists. That law does not work. When's the last time a terrorist needed or used a gun against anyone? It's not too often. Regulating honest citizens only enables the criminals and terrorists to further attack the people. They don't care about laws, never did never will. When people are not allowed to defend themselves, the criminals and terrorists have nothing to fear. Now what sense does regulating the honest people make? When guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns.
Yeah, if there were no guns, theif will be freely looting money from houses. And if someone killed a guy by hands not on a gun, so how will people have to kill him? its impossible to underarest him without a gun.
Yet compare crime levels in the US to other coutnries, specifically gun related crimes? hmm this 'Guns for all' system doesnt seem to be working out too well...

That was because of poor parenting, not guns. What a cop out to blame an object for the irresponsible and illegal actions of people. There are already laws in place that could have prevented Columbine, don't give me the crap that we need more laws. We need the current laws enforced. Nice try though. Go figure. :/
That "object" in the hands of 2 psychopaths (with poor parenting) killed 13 young people, a teacher and wounded 24 others in Columbine. I'm not saying we need more laws. I'm just thinking out loud.
i disagree with that. the world would be a better place if we didnt have as much cookoos running around. a gun does not kill but rather the person who is behind the pulling of the trigger most of the crimes in this country are drug related. i think the us has a bigger issue to deal with than guns. fighting the drug trade by decreasing peples demands are a start.
We don't have armed police and generally society is pretty peaceful. The bad element would be bad regardless. They do less damage with their fists and most of the time they're hurting people who know them. Our police are just starting to get Tazers and they seem awesome. BTW farooqaaa - what are you still doing here?
