Anyone else got the email alert after withdrawal (Indian Paypal Users) ??

Tell them no matter whatever the transaction is, it's getting reversed. What's the solution for this? Why we are all getting negative balance? When this problem will be solved? and what will happen tot he money lost?

 

Pls let them know that they have made us suffer.
Their unprofessional behaviour. They could at least put up a notice.
Tell us the truth and not shove those useless templates down our throat.
We need a time frame.

Do not worry even if you have not received any email from paypal. We are all sailing in the same boat and hopefully will be seeing our payments in the bank by next week. Last Year the February, 2009 end we faced the same problem but that time even paypal was not aware of the problem for almost 10 days. It was only when all of us started making a hue and cry and started posting in various forums etc. specially at getsatisfaction.com (the paypal A/c of Jason who helped last time is closed now so no point in posting there)that they solved the problem but it took almost 2-3 weeks to get our money in the bank. Emaling them will not help as seen last year because they have automated email reply with the same Blah...Blah..Blah. Only thing is that we can call Paypal up and more the number of people calling up more the preasure on them. So Call them up........that is the only way to go right now. In case anyone receives their payment please do let everyone know.

 

Hello guys, I have verified Paypal Account they cut money from Credit card for negative balance and they are not answering my mail

And friends, they do accept calls on weekends form 6AM To 8PM PST.
So' i'll have to wait for around 6Hours 30Mins before i can call.

Anybody else willing to call or put up some questions or a rough conversation that i might have with them?

That's great to see but make sure he not put your on Hold, and ask to give proper information rather then we are sorry and blah blah.

This thread will be seen by some paypal official for sure, won't be good if they see the foolishness going on here, stick to the point. mention the questions and a rough convo.

 

Please ask them about negative Account Balance. Its happening because we tried to transfer funds to bank. On one hand they haven't transferred funds to account and they reversed it back to buyer making "Account Balance" showing negative amount. And after receiving money again from buyer its showing zero amount.

Does it means that now money will be transferred to your bank account or you just got screwed.

 

You know, some of us are trying to calm doing with small jokes and all. However, PayPal is a boxer, who is throwing punches after punches on our face. The last one was a biggie. Balancing the Negative amount by taking money from our credit card.... Good Lord.

And from what I have heard, if the client is paying you using credit card, then the repay is going after sometime...

It would have been better, if we could have been hanged till death, at least it would have saved us from such horrors ..............
