Anyone else got the email alert after withdrawal (Indian Paypal Users) ??

Yes they even not care on their own suggestion and it's better to all of us to stop business for 1 week or use other option!

 

I have one reversal of payment made on 5th Of Feb. It was a repayment for a reversal.

Client paid as "goods" this time and provided shipping address.
Payment was reversed again at 11 AM today..

So, Paypal is even contradicting their own statement about the re-sending of payments as goods (the statement they make in their idiotic CnP mails)

 

i have asked ppl to repay as goods and till now thanks to god nothing has reversed lets hope it stays that way

 

That means Paypal is shutting doors on Indians.

 

If we close now we will loose our money not paypal rather their Bank Balance will increase.

 

1. Paypal sends funds to the accounts in all Indian banks from Citibank India via NEFT/RTGS.

2. All RTGS/NEFT transactions are controlled by RBI. So, if RBI is not functioning correctly, any interbank transfer in India is not possible.

RBI is a bit busy in their annual formalities of business, like tax/interest regulatory and all - this may be the reason of delay at these exact dates every year (End of Jan - Start of Feb).

Also, PayPal's returning transaction is causing the additional delay from their side for the transactions on or after 1 Feb.

i doubt they are cloosing thier door its a temporary but a very big poblem

 

I'd say ... also ask every client if they use any alternative method and if possible switch over to whatever's most used by the people world over . will also secure against more such fiascos in the future

 

I hope not -> they'll have several cases pending against them and a REALLY bad reputation. Let's all unite and make some proper call. Any non-legal ideas guys?

Update

Called ICICI Bank Customer care...Money was transferred on 1rst February and transfer status displays completed...I told them the Paypal Unique Transaction ID...They told that the money has not reached bank..

So, there are 2 possibilities:
1. Money is still in the hands of Paypal
2. Money has been transferred back to TextLinkAds (in my case).....

But TextLinkAds has not yet responded to the 3 mails that I send them ???? Unless they confirm that the money has been reversed back to them...I am not sure about where the money is currently...

Last year too..the same issue happened during February....

 

My Xoom transfer failed and it wasn't a personal payment. It was payment for Services.

 

This really a bad crisis that has befallen us, damn they could have notified at least before making any deductions

 

I am 100% sure of it.

All you people are saying the same thing " last year the same thing happened .."
I was there last year and IT WASN't THE SAME THING fellas ..
It was just a withdrawal bug that caused due to RBI strike and had affected for withdrawals made only for 3-5 days
Please understand the extent and the seriousness of the problem
There was NO AUTO PAYMENT REVERSAL last year.. to be frank there was NO AUTO REVERSAL ALL THESE YEARS ...
Dont just say last year the same problem happened ..blah blah blah .... without knowing what actually happened last year ..

 

they did not change policy , they implement some SMS / Email Integrated and Extend working hrs

 

if NEFT RBI buzy and not doing Transfer ? then how would mine All Transcation from ICICI to HDFC and ICICI to Axis bank got Completed ? in time duration form 27th to 3rd feb ?

WHat ?????? even payments made under goods are being reversed ????? i am going CRAZY tracking all reversals and sending emails to clients to resend under goods !!!!!!!!!!! god !!!!!!! don't tell me they will reverse that again ??? I have already lost $400 (from clients who have not repayed) and over 30 transactions have been reversed
