Anyone else got the email alert after withdrawal (Indian Paypal Users) ??

Even transaction done today as "Goods" with proper address too, as specified by paypal....

only thing that is clear is : reversals are still ON. I just got some payments I made to some Indian ppl using services option reversed however I am still looking out for the reversal of payment made (using services) to a US person....

This is getting worse... I'm sure PayPal will stop providing service to India.

 

Even payments made using "Goods" option with Proper address are getting reversed today...This was in accordance with what PayPal has specified in their reversal mail:

Really Bad Situation.....

 

I dont know about that my transactions for the past two days are smooth..its only from feb1 to feb 4 for me.

No...They will stop Personal Payments to India....This issue happened last year too during February...

 

Yes, I made 2 payments yesterday and they're fine. I used "Services" with address.

 

This means that even if the client pays me off for my services in the Goods form, I will have to see it pass by.

You know i gave Request Money to all 12 people from whom I found the transfer reversed and that too selecting Goods. Even if i get the payment for the next time, i doubt the final thing at the end...

Well one more excuse from them, We all knows PayPal India is not handling any activity, they only have research center only.

 

May be you're right. But I'm sure it has something to do with RBI and PayPal as it's time for TAX returns.

 

The reversal process still didn't stop yet. Last hour, one of the payment which I got yesterday got reversed again. They are deducting transaction fees too in the reversal. This is crazy. How much time, they going to take to solve this issue.

What do you mean by "smooth"...did you get the money in your bank ????? Or is it because the transfer status in PayPal displays "Completed" ????

All of us have status "Completed" at Paypal and they reversed all payments...not personal payments only...

 

Thanks God! After two days they finally aware of the issue.

 

No one know how much time they took but they will reverse all payments of Feb 2010.

 

I think its more to do with the exchange market. Check the Rates of dollar and how they fluctuated last time around when withdrawal issues were on a high in 2009. This time too, it is the same case... Exchange market is going up and down. So, is PayPal's services .

 

I transferred the amount from my Premier account on 1rst February (Transfer Status Completed)and I got the reversal mail on 5th....

Paypal is imposing cancellation fee on some users...

 

Is this is a temporary problem of PAYPAL ?
Bcz, what I see in their email, it says,
"We are trying to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and we're sorry for any inconvenience."


So,anyone got an idea, when it will be solved ?
I can wait for my transaCTIONS TILL THEN.

 

February month have just started. If this continues then we won't be able to do business in this month.
