    Yes, considering iPod is a registered trademark and Apple has every right to force you to take the site down and transfer the domain name to them.

    To expand what markn26 posted, don't assume that others seemingly getting
    away with it is fine. Not everyone gets caught, but those that do tend to pay

    People are aware of the risk involved with developing sites with such trademarked names and hence I do not think you will be able to find a good price... or even a buyer at all! :eek:
