As far as I know gmail's spam filters are very good they send all spam emails to the spam folder.
There is no way of blocking these messages.
You will have to live with it. This is life and it is full of spam emails.

Very easy. Just make a filter with the word viagra and send it all to trash.

Just call the spam police :D (A.K.A gmail spam filter)
Enter your inbox on gmail and check all the spam messages, click the report spam button and that's it.
Hope it works for you. You might have to do it couple of times though.

Might be worth it to just change your email address. This is probably the easiest solution unless you have alot of contacts and business w/ the one that is getting all the spam...

    1. Go to www.gmail.com
    2. Login with your username and password
    now, you're inbox folder
    3. Next to the gmail logo you have text field, enter Viagra there or any word that is included in these messages, but Viagra should do it and press Enter or click Search mail button next to it.
Now you have list of all messages that include word Viagra in them.
Just above your messages you have Select: All, None, Read, Unread, Starred, Unstarred
    4. Click All.
Now all these messages have changed their color to yellow and have check signs next to them.
    5. Click Report spam button (it's between Archive and Delete button).
    6. Nasty SPAM and Viagra are gone. :D

They are in your spam folder now, and if you receive any more spam messages just do the procedure all over again.
You can delete all of this messages from your spam folder on the similar way, and I don't think I have to explain you anymore.

    Well good luck :)
