I don't know about her but I am sure RBI never allowed it since it's done through NEFT and their will be no reversing issue. I am sure it will be different kind of issue!

But I requested one withdraw on 27th JAN and it still not get into my account. :(

Even I did not believe this before but she showed me her bank statement which clearly says that payment is reversed but in this case even bank is not sure how this had happened. That's why I never deal with Nationalized banks.

I call BS on this one! I'm an ex-banker (was with ICICI Bank). Unless you have given standing instructions to your bank, NO ONE can take your money from your bank account without your permission.

Well If I am not wrong to understand it then it may possible that Bank rejected the transfer and it happened then your friend should get the amount in PayPal but if money was credited with SBI then it is impossible to reverse it to anyone!

Well that's SHOCKING but i highly doubts its authenticity ...
My Dad is a Manager in one of the nationalized banks and he says its just plain impossible ...
Ask her to go the branch and submit a written application for the missing payment..
they just cant say they dont know .. Trust me i have SBI bank account and if you have patience then you can dig anything regarding the issue ...

RTI can be used against private sector companies in some instances. But in most cases the companies get off by saying it is sensitive information that will affect their competitiveness if it is disclosed.

I am pretty sure there is no way that money can be reversed once credited to your Bank Account.
No Indian Bank will do it without your initiation.

You are wrong, mate. My money were credited on 27th jan at 5:30 pm IST and suddenly after 1 hour they were debited by the NEFT itself and were returned to Paypal.

This happened without notifying me.

Also, Indians can't afford to call paypal again and again as the call rates are too high. Its only a waste of money and nothing else.

Are you saying, you found an entry on your statement showing the funds and then sometime later the entry just disappeared along with the funds? Or was there another entry in your statement with a narration for the return of funds?

You can call paypal free of cost using skype

I got a message on my mobile when my money were credited and after 1 hour again I got message that the same amount of money were debited by the NEFT.

When I contact to the branch manager , he said that the money were returned to paypal. This happened due to the name differing of my paypal a/c and my bank a/c.

I think, no one can do anything.

The reversal fee is 250 INR.
