yes, PayPal is the best options for all of us. But, they must communicate with the customers well. Now, nobody knows what is happening. I tried calling them just now. but the customer care executive is not online. I got the message -" offices are closed"
Lots of time PayPal Limit my account but evertime i am submit document proof and PayPal Restore my account with in 1 - 2 days. Everyone use PayPal, so if we're use other Payment Processor then we lose lots of paypal users.
We should look into shopping cart/processing services that let us accept paypal using THEIR accounts. There are many such services available.

Not only unprofessional but it also against their own Policy, Terms and Condition. They have no rights to issue refund or reverse funds without concern with us.
Paypal really sucks, my all feb transaction were sent back to clients and my account balance is $-194 why other suffer because of paypal mistake, are paypal guys duffer not know how to manage a live sites, at least a notice was necessary for this.
My account balance was -27$ when i checked it earlier today morning.Luckily,a couple of my clients paid without me asking them.Requested payments from the rest of the clients.Not received any yet.
