    go to download.com and get a free sitemap generator,

    use it to generate the sitemap, submit the sitemap in the search engines

    ..just generate..dowload the sitemap.xml file..and upload it to main directory of your site...where your homepage is...www or httpdocs

    ..open a google account go to webmaster tools and u should find everything u need over there..step by step how to submit the sitemap.xml..thats for just google search engine....

    you can use free site map builders or java programs to write the files as text.
