Selling Search Engine Submission site, top in Google, $1000 a month

I am looking to sell my search engine submission website: www.boostmy.com

It is ranking naturally in Google for a wide range of terms and has a database of over 530 customers

There are a range of services that customers sign up for each month and collectively this has made between $800 to $1200 a month in search engine submission fees alone. On top of that there are the occasional web design or development projects that have been generated which has totaled up to $10,000 in design / development fees in just 2009

This site is a consistent earner over four years with growing revenue (as seen below) and here are the stats below for just the search engine submission sign ups alone:

Traffic coming from natural search engine rankings however recently I have decided to reinvest some of the earnings with a $50 a month adsense campaign for a few target keywords

This website requires about 1 hour a day, it makes a great part time business

The services customers are signing up for range from submission services (there is software behind the scenes I custom developed) to consultancy work (documents and consulting material behind the scenes as well as software custom developed by me)

As said above, all software has been custom developed from scratch by me

There is a full dashboard / portal for users to manage their search engine listings and rankings

No adsense earnings and everything is through Paypal

Hosting is about $100 a year

Those payments can be for anything... Do you have a real proof of revenue? What is your asking price? Thank you

 

the paypal account is a dedicated account to the website

if you look at the list, you'll see payments on the list for the services that are advertised on the website and in the event of multiple signs ups in one day, it tells you in the neighboring column how many services there were.

If I click into each item it gives a break down of the service / services of each day.
A more comprehensive and detailed breakdown of statistics for each day and each month can be made fully available to any serious bidders.

I'm looking for upwards of two years income otherwise I'll just keep the site!
