Well Withdrawal problems have no connection with Reversal issue they have some legal issue that's why it's delay from PayPal and we know they will never give full information to us. Better to know about this issue, anyone near RBI Office Mumbai can ask information under RTI Act on PayPal ( e-Bay India ) status on NEFT Transfer.
I am also facing same problem but i transferred the amount on 1st of this month and it's 5th and amount yet to credit in my account. But every time it take around 2 days to credit but this time it's taking more than that so i am to facing this problem. Syed
I can assure you that nothing will happen to your affiliate payments (sent as mass pay), i contacted Paypal yesterday after couple of my affiliate payments got reversed,the guy told me that it was because of some technical issue and money will be credited in my paypal account within 48-72 working hours.

Well when i called ING vysya bank, they asked me that is that payment coming through deutsche bank?? I said i don't know. . I think deutsche bank may be responsible for the delay. . It's really sad to know mate, One f my friend withrawn $700 on 26/1/10. I don't know what gonna happen
Many people reported so far that their infolinks payment also reversed! Don't know about Kontera. Don't know about other networks.
I am not sure but i think there should be no problem with those kind of payments as most of the time they are sent from reputed companies.
Yes you are right and PayPal is facing some technical problem themselves as they are reversing money of Affiliate network even Mass Payments too!
Wow this is good to know they are just reversing transactions sent as personal or without subject lines from 1st - 4th feb - the sad part is, I had over 15-20 transactions in this time frame and already got 7 reversals. It is freaking crazy and VERRRY time consuming to ask for money again.. I sent out mails to all my clients and so far only 2 have resent the money.. it's INSANE.. I know it is 'safe' to do business now, but I am just wondering what would happen if they 'suddenly' decide they want to reverse all transactions from 5th feb to..say 10th feb ? we r in a soup again grrrrrr... I am totally flabbergasted.
Nope they are implementing new system which will denied such a payments to Indian Accounts to avoid such a Reversal problems.
They are going to implement with effect from today, right ? Is this information 100% ? Also if they have this system in place so we can just ask our clients to pay as services, right ? If they have their so called 'strong' system in place now ?
Well how I can ensure it as I am also Customer of PayPal but yes they are doing it to avoid this problems and we all are clueless at the moment. PayPal doing these things without announcing any details and for me it's not professional manner.
So should we contact the companies to resend the payment? What I feel is that we should wait for couple of days and see how this paypal dance goes.
Yes we should wait for few days, I guess from Monday we can bit relax as things will surly improve in next 2 days for us.

Has anybody tried withdrawing from Paypal using check, instead of direct NEFT transfer? Are there similar problems in withdrawing using check?
