    Still too low - if someone is making $1 per day, that's $365 per year - why would they want to sell it for less?

    Agree! You must at least pay up to 9 months of revenue for buying a site. If you have more budget, we can talk further, i have several niche sites that require almost zero maintenance that is making $2-3 per day from adsense.
