Wanted: Reliable, affordable experienced PHP programmer in India

    I'm after someone that I can trust and is experienced in PHP. I don't want teams contacting me, I need 1 individual who has good rates and works on fixed fees. Also this person must show several examples of their work and be contactable over MSN messenger during the day.

    I assume, you want to hire someone for your web development firm, payment will be fixed monthly basis or hourly basis/project basis?
