OK Guys any clue what is happening? Do we need to receive future payments as "Goods" Only ? Can I still Create an invoice on paypal and use "Services" ,If I can not why Not they just take that option out ? someone need to teach paypal a Lesson!
I think it is happening at indian Paypal only? Because i am using paypal for long time now I dont have any such issue.
It's better to wait for few days as I am sure PayPal will come out with proper information on their latest changes and terms.
Thats sick from Paypal's Side .. they have to inform us earlier about this and I am sure gonna hammer them with my bad mood and anger when I call them right on today!
Well it is the best from all the rest I have tried I am pay alert and MB also but paypal is the best their system is best. You dont have to worry about any thing.

Yes that's for sure, many buyers will avoid to re-send money and what if they also face such a problems and have negative balance.
