Anyone else got the email alert after withdrawal (Indian Paypal Users) ??

Yes paypal has stopped personal payments for Indian users due to abuse...

 

Exactly I am also sending out emails, this is so sick from PayPal at-least they must notify me that they are returning my payments.

 

till now i didn't received any email from paypal.. i use premier paypal account

 

No,Both Looks related.They are refunding money to users who sent personal payments so they have withhold the Withdraws until all clear

 

Its Total Confusing Situation now:
1)Paypal sending emails to senders that their money is being refunded
2)Paypal NOT telling Receivers (Indian users) anything about refunds
3)Money is not taken out

If paypal take money out we can at least ask senders to resend it using Invoices OR use other methods.

 

Looks they are going to make some changes for PayPal Withdrawal option because of this personal option use.

 

yes i know , i myself have withdrawn a big amount...But this happened last year also..So i dont think there is anything to worry about..I know paypal isnt a scam...

 

I think they are mad now a days. What's hell they are doing? If they don't want personal option then why they introduced it few months ago, everything was running good till few months ago when they made changes in payment types and impose fees on Personal Accounts!

 

Yes and last year I was one of person who faced problem and got money after 13 days something. So I think waiting is only solution for us. PayPal will never disclose information on delay!

Probably Paypal just wanted to control the use of personal account since most Indians received payment from services and not from family and relatives and friends so probably they wanted to control stuff like using personal payment for services so we will be forced to get a premier/business account so their would be more fees involved in it...

 

This is totally unfair from Paypal and they are charging reversal fee

no intimation at all and refunded almost $xxx to my client

I think they will not make sure that personal account user will need to pay fees, before this many people use Personal Tab option to avoid to these fees.

 

This is absolutely ridiculous, Instead of disallowing future personal payments they are sending the payments back.

 

Same thing happened my client paid me using services option still they returned it
