If I understand correctly, yes you can make PayPal payments using your Visa...? PayPal accepts credit card payments, you don't even have to have a PayPal account to use a CC for a payment.

Oh if you mean transferring PayPal funds to your credit card then no, I don't believe that option is available. I think you need to link a bank account and thats the only way to withdrawl...I think.

I'm quite sure its listed directly in PayPal's help section. Also, I have tried this personally and wasn't able to do it.

No, it's not possible, you can only pay via sending money to another PayPal member.

I would like to clarify if you mean you can withdraw your money from paypal to your card? Coz in paypal there is some option wherein you can withdraw payment through your bank account and through your visa card and if this is what you mean then I think you can do that but there is some fee before its 5$ for every transaction but now it depends on your country ...

No, that isn't possible yet. They might fix that in the future cause a lot of users want to be able to trasfer money from Pay-Pal on to their cards.

And hopefully it would be a near-instant transfer, rather than waiting next to a week for it.

Paypal to Visa credit card withdrawal to your own a/c is possible, If your a/c has the option? Otherwise for the other clients visa card transfer is also possible if he is having paypal a/c and again having this feature on his paypal a/c. But why opting for these steps when you can simply transfer money from visa to visa card, with the visa transfer service. Hope this helps. Best of lUcK!!

Simply send him your visa or mastercard credit card number then tell him to transfer it through his bank or any financial institution. But first make sure your credit card support this feature?

    Hi PAulnet,

Thanks for your prompt answer. I did send to my friend my requisites but he could not do that through electronic transaction (online or bank I am not sure). He said that from Turkey he could do only as normal from his account to my saving (no credit) account. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
    Thanks.
    Michael.

If the transfer is through friend. Then, there are loots of options for you to receive money. One of the simple way is western union. They can also load credit card nowadays. Not the hassle of A/c opening. Simple cash on your hands in minutes. Check out their website for more details or your local branch.
