A website is only worth how much you can convince someone else to pay for it. No more, no less.

 

its not a perfect site to decide our site worth only we can decide how much out site worth exactly basis on the page rank and back links with visits too....

There's also dnscoop.com I believe. Thats what I use sometimes, but it's just for kicks, because there's no way you'd get as much as it says unless your site + domain are amazing.

 

Exactly. Or atleast you take into consideration the average ads income plus the content and domain age.
