Paypal returned money

I am the buyer and paid for a hosting service. 2 days later I got an email from paypal saying they returned me money when I never asked them to do it.

The weird thing is the money hasn't been returned to my account. I'm not from India so I'm assuming the seller is from India. Should I just ignore this cause the money hasn't been returned and I'm guessing the seller still has the money?

 

I just got that same message today... And I still don't see the money in my account. And I have no clue.

 

I think you had better contant the seller.

 

it is because you sent or got the money via personal payment and Paypal has been closed the personal payment system for Indians.

I will Call Paypal Tonight .. as I am from India .. Paypal might be sleeping right now!

this is so frustrating, they have been returning by payments to the buyers ! so they are refunding the buyers !

 

but some are not credited to their account O_O

 

I think it's not good tactics as they returning money without informing account holders which means they control our accounts without taking permission from us and returning money. They should issue notice before doing this crap things.

 

This is really frustrating..I am just searching for my 2k$ which according to PayPal they have reversed and I still can't see in my account . Is PayPal trying to ripp off Indians?

 

That's quite big amount I guess and PayPal is making worst of themselves as it will surly make some members to use other payment option to avoid such a problems.

 

Refunding is not a problem but they are collecting reversal fee which is really frustrating

 

Yes and this is totally unfair steps from them even now people reported that payment done by Masspay also getting reversed which means PayPal is going to make some big changes in this month.

 

Payment sent to me by Rentacoder.com is ALSO reversed

Now this is turning bad, all the payments that I got on 2nd Feb are reversed ! what is going on ?

 

I guess PayPal is ready to loss their clients now by doing these things and it will create problems for both buyers and sellers.

Guys please help me...What I can use as a payment Gateway so my customers in USA/AUS/UK can pay me using credit card and I can transfer those funds to my current account in India ? (Other than paypal ofcourse)

I don't mind paying a monthly fees or 2-4% on each transaction.
My Monthly transactions will be around 6000-7000 USD
