One guy posted his adsense new acount story. He says that Google bans only physical address where you live but not your name http://webadvertisingonline.blogspot.com/2009/09/how-to-get-back-your-banned-google.html what are your thoughts?
Unless you fix the original problem with your site, traffic, or whatever, your going to just get banned again. Better to fix the problem then reapply.
